Sooo . . . Christians aren't under the Mosaic Law, so it doesn't matter.
I'll admit the title grabbed my attention though, props for that.
i happen to be one of very few people who know of this condition that the man has.
he had an accident several years ago with some power equipment.
leviticus 21:20 commands that no man present the bread at the temple with damaged testicles... so?.

last year i was at the memorial and the speaker was saying something about how the phrase born again was actually a mistake and it should say born from above.
jesus was actually referring to those with a heavenly hope.
last night i was flipping the channels and there is a religious program talking about being born again.
Must've been a rogue speaker, even WT acknowledges that born again is appropriate in this context.
the end of the world is coming this year, again.

Thanks for the heads up 👍
did anyone see the trevor macdonald programme in the u.k. last night?
the one about james bulgers killers?
close to the end mr macdonald was walking through an underpass, at the exit, graffitied on the wall in massive black letters was ‘jwfacts.com’ it was plain to see........
Rock wall? Jesus said the stones would cry out . . .
my question is this.
is it wrong for a jehovah's witness to allow an unmarried couple to live together under their roof?
same room, same bed, they are allowing full on cohabitation.
If the JW is a landlord, (as in renting rooms for money), then there is no reason she should police the private lives of individual renters. If they're not bothering you, just keep to yourself. You're paying for a service. The unclean spirits stuff is in your head.

i like the one quote about the internet, as it has a special meaning for jws:.
where voices long silenced can find an audience.

ofriends, having followed many of your posts on this website, i am convinced that the prophecy of the last days as penned in 2nd timothy 3:1-7 is actually now being fulfilled by the present governing body.. .
2 tim 3:1… but know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here.
(definitely, we all face hardships from the gb policies.
jw's are always "studying" But never seem to learn!
That's because it's only an illusion of study. Real study is objective and impartial. JW study is just following a preset path with no options for growth.
" the contestant was useless as he said the 1700s.
the correct answer the quiz master gave was the 20th century.
and then he added, "they only began in the 1930s believe it or not.
As long as they claim 1919 as their year of official appointment by Jesus, that's all that matters.

While I agree with the general sentiments regarding the GBs action, I hope you're not really taking it that seriously. You're just doing what the GB and countless egomaniacs like them have done for millennia: take vague scriptures and apply it to themselves. Whether for good or bad, that's what you're doing and there's zero justification for it. The GB and JWs aren't special, and nobody was writing about them thousands of years ago. The "last days" mentioned in that scripture are talking about Jerusalem, nothing more.
this was a news article recently in an australian newspaper that caught my eye.. the premise was that to have a child is to inflict an extra human being onto the world and also, to inflict the world (with all its problems) onto the child.. there is a lot to say about this but from jw point of view, i have always believed it to be incredibly hypocritical that jw's have children in 'this system'.
all my life at the meeting i heard how little time we have left, how sick the world is, how i was probably going to be persecuted and end up in a jail cell for being a jw.
why would anyone want to become parents in this situation, particularly if they are confident there is only 'a short time left'?.
As for the OP, yes, having kids is hypocritical, and JWs used to be harder on it. They have to allow these things to keep members, they can't completely sap the joy from life. Actually, ANYTHING 'normal' that JWs do can be hypocritical, like buying a house, insurance, a 401k, going to the movies/concert, it all belies that the end isn't literally 'just around the corner'. Even many die-hards must know this subconsciously.
